Digital X-Rays

Why We Use Digital X-Rays
X-rays are an important tool in our diagnostic process because they help us rule out serious conditions such as fractures, degenerative diseases, and other underlying health concerns. Before beginning care, it is important to ensure that there are no hidden issues that could affect your treatment plan or safety.
By taking a detailed look at the spine, we can identify structural abnormalities, past injuries, or even signs of conditions like arthritis that may be contributing to pain or dysfunction. This allows us to provide considered and effective care while ensuring that every adjustment is appropriate for your specific needs.
Precision for Better Results
Beyond safety, X-rays help us pinpoint the exact areas of the spine that have experienced the most stress or injury over time. Instead of guessing where the problem might be, we use precise imaging to see where misalignments, degeneration, or improper movement patterns have developed.
This allows us to focus care on the areas that need it most, leading to faster and more effective results. By using X-rays as a guide, Dr. Ben can tailor adjustments to your unique spinal anatomy, ensuring you receive the most specific care possible.
Low-Radiation Digital Technology
Our digital X-ray system produces a fraction of the radiation of conventional film-based systems, often up to 80% less. Images are captured instantly and displayed in high resolution, allowing Dr. Ben to zoom into specific areas of the spine for detailed analysis. No dark rooms, no waiting, no film to process.
At your report of findings visit (your second appointment), Dr. Ben will walk you through your X-rays in plain language, show you exactly what he has found, and explain how this informs your personalized care plan. Many patients find seeing the actual images of their spine a powerful motivator for committing to their health.
